Ford Motors Takes A Huge Hit

May 14, 2008

Ford Motor Company is recalling more than 655,000 Ford F-150’s and Lincoln Mark LT pickup trucks to correct a hose that could affect the vehicles’ braking power and possibly lead to accidents. The automaker is issuing the recall of 2005-2006 versions of the trucks with 5.4 liter 3-valve engines. This information was made public on Wednesday on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website. Ford spokesman Wes Sherwood says more than 600,000 of the trucks are in the United States, 50,000 are in Canada, and 1,500 are in other countries elsewhere in the world. Ford reports that there have been 11 minor accidents and no injuries tied to the issue. Dealers will replace the hose at no charge to consumers. Owners are expected to be notified in late June, and the recall is expected to begin in July.

Miley Cyrus Must Not REALLY Be Embarrassed

May 14, 2008

Poor girl. She bitches at a famous photographer after agreeing to photos for Vantiy Fair. Her parents not only were present at that shoot, but clearly no one including Miley herself truly wanted to stop her image from going south. Here is a little evidence of that. Check out this “Got Milk?” advertisement.

Hillary Just Does NOT Get It

May 14, 2008

Hillary Clinton wins big in West Virgina amidst every major political expert sayiing she cannot win, even with tonight’s victory. She is now losing in the super delegates number, and iit seems like her entire motivation is to pay her growing 21-million dollar debt. During her speach after her victory, she is in the shadow of her own, biggest fan, James Carvel, who has finally come out to say she cannot win. Yes, the very man who called Governor Richardson a “Judas”, now is defecting himself. She cannot win. It is mathematically impossible. The question arises: is she a republican in disguise? Exit polls suggest, even in West Virginia, that democrats donot feel she has her same values. Is this about her ego, the American people, or the aiding in a third term for the Bush-ites?

Man Arrested For making 12 year old a Dominatrix

May 14, 2008

Federal prosecutors have unsealed an indictment accusing Todd B. Barkau, 35, of New York state, and a 44-year-old woman of training the woman’s child to be a dominatrix, selling her sexual services and photographing some of the acts. U.S. Attorney John Wood said the case is unusual in that a parent has been charged with the commercial sex trafficking of his or her own young child. Having once lived together in Blue Springs, Missouri, the sex business was supposedly run.

“Barkau obtained control of a 12-year-old girl and he groomed, trained and forced her to become a sexual dominatrix,” the U.S. attorney said in Kansas City on Monday. The mother’s name is not being published to protect the identity of the daughter, now 20. Both suspects will likely be held in federal custody without bail, according to a motion filed by federal prosecutors.

The indictment says the training began in 2000, when the girl was only 12. It also says she was forced to engage in sex acts with him and with other men. According to the indictment, he also had the girl watch pornography on the Internet as a teaching tool. Further, Barkau used the internet to market the girl and her services for about two years. The mother is charged with encouraging and participating in the venture, the indictment says.

Prosecutors will reportedly seek $80,000 the couple is accused of having made through sex trafficking.
