Sister of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn Spears, 17, gave birth to her first child recently and is already posing for OK! Magazine. That’s right, she made the cover along with her her daughter, Maddie Briann. Only weeks after the birth on June 19th, the two appear happy and healthy on the cover of OK! Magazine. Here is what she had to say about the birth, the baby and her plans for the future:

Jamie Lynn said watching Aldridge, a pipe-layer from Liberty, Miss., hold Maddie for the first time “was the coolest thing. … He was so happy, and that made me the happiest person alive.”

“It was such a big day,” she said. “And being able to have your sister there, your whole family there, meant a lot. Everybody flew in to celebrate.”

Jamie Lynn, who recently starred on the Nickelodeon sitcom “Zoey 101,” said she plans to raise Maddie down South where “the focus is family.”

Britney Spears Gets More Time With Her Kids

The court just emptied, and the results are already well known: Britney Spears will get more visitation time/ custody of her children. The lawyers argued she had made progress, and that the kids would benefit in a big way from having both parents involved more actively in their lives. She will get three days of supervised vistation per week. Britney looked happy while exiting the courthouse.
On another note, did anyone else hear about Britney’s bodyguards clearing out the women’s bathroom when she went to a concert in a major venue (aka Arena). have you ever seen the lines out of bathrooms at events like that? Geez.

How Amy Winehouse and Britney Spears Are Alike

From what Amy Winehouse’s father said, he would like to take over her life and put her in a mental ward, no unlike the moves of Britney Spear’s father recently following months of irratic behavior and legal problems related to custody of her children.

Amy’s father told the UK’s News of the World:

“I want her sectioned (institutionalized). The situation is getting out of control. I want her off the street. I don’t think being somewhere for six weeks is going to cure her problems. I think it needs far more radical measures. We will take the bull by the horns and deal with it. I’ve been on the phone to Amy’s manager in Los Angeles and he’s starting things rolling. They are going to be speaking to doctors, psychologists and everything else. I want Amy to be somewhere where she will be safe and where no harm can come to her. Obviously as her dad I will try and do what’s best for her. Unfortunately, what I think is best for Amy and what she thinks is best for her are two different things.”

Amy’s dad also confirmed the rumors that Amy’s been CHEATING on husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, with a guy named Alex Haynes — her manager’s assistant!

He is angry about the extramarital affair, but he said Amy was to blame:

“I am shocked. His job was to look after Amy. I asked him to stay with Amy while she was recording… This was not part of the job! I don’t like infidelity. But Alex could be the victim in all this. I can’t ever imagine Alex seducing Amy. He looks like Clark Kent. It was clearly the other way round and Amy had her wicked way with him…”

All of a sudden, Britney Spears has turned into Marlon Brando: She won’t do another episode of “How I Met Your Mother” until she approves the script. Not enough “ya’lls” in this line, ya’ll!

Us reports that, according to a source, “Nothing is signed yet” and Brit is waiting for the right material. “No script has been written and until that is done, Britney will not be making a commitment. The offer is there but no decisions have been made at the moment.”
